This blog is a stream of consciousness of my nearly 29 years of residence here in San Francisco, plus a useful tool for newcomers and visitors. I will speak plainly of the realities of city life and offer information for finding a place to live, getting around on Muni, finding jobs, daily living, and how to survive without being wealthy.
